Core Wellness & Bodywork
We currently service Maryland, Virginia & Mobile. Business and Core Events by reservation up to 12 mile radius from Bowie, MD.
Our mission is to provided therapeutic services! We are professionals and offer the best services within our scope of practice. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on any services.
We operate in one satellite location in the DMV: The Agency @ Lorton Station BLVD, Ste. 120, Lorton VA 22079. We will also bring our service to you! Mobile In-Home services click here.
Appointment Time & Service
Appointment times include consultation. Session times & appointments are for one (1) person. Splitting session not allowed.
We encourage booking online at your convenience to select appointment date/time, complete forms & acknowledge client waiver. Booking is available up to 180 days in advance. We can accommodate services outside posted hours, please contact us.
Appointment Confirmation & Reminder
Once booked, an appointment confirmation will be sent to email provided. Appointment reminder will be sent 22-24 hrs. prior to scheduled session start time. If mobile number is provided, text reminder will be sent as well as we may call you.
Payment & Gratuity
Full payment is required during the booking process. Online transactions are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Any credit or debit card accepted. Your card number will be encrypted; Absolutely no numbers are saved in our appointment system. Services rates does not include gratuity. Gratuity accepted by credit card, cash or CashApp.
If you have a change of heart, we will honor refund up to 48 hrs after purchase. After 48 hrs., session can be gifted or honored for future session.

Gift Certificate codes must be entered in the field provided. Use code provided on your receipt.
Packages, Special Offers & Gift Certs.
These are handled by Core Wellness & Bodywork, LLC exclusively and can not be combined with other offers and/or discounts. Rates, availability and services may change without notice. Specials are intended for new clients and valid online only. Use of one (1) Special Offer per person every 90 days; can not be combined with other offers. Session due to expire must be scheduled prior to expiration date.
Cancellation & No show/No call
We understand life sometimes get in the way of appointments; however, 24 hr. notice is required for all cancellations. No show/No call: contact us immediately - one exception will be allowed to re-book your session. Cancellations can be done by phone, text, email or your client account. Rescheduling is not available for repeat no show clients.
We are not able to service children under the age of 13 years. Children under the age of 18 years require parent or adult guardian waiver and/or accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Online booking cannot be made by any person under 18 years of age.
On day of inclement weather, we will accept same day cancellation. This policy is not for projected forecasts.

Client Waiver, Your Privacy & Our Policy
Client Waiver must be acknowledged in order to render services. Additionally, we operate and maintain a welcoming professional environment with intent to deliver health and wellness benefits to all seeking our services. Core Wellness & Bodywork, LLC owner, manager, contractors or affiliates reserve the right to refuse service(s) in such cases, situations or incidents we deem necessary. Your treatment and service will be conducted in utmost confidence. Your personal information, collected by us, electronically, will not be sold, shared or posted on social media without written consent. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, gender, disability, political beliefs, religion or age. All are welcomed, all are treated equal.
For the safety and protection of our staff, Mobile services may require new customers to upload identification. We hope you understand this requirement is out of concern for our Practitioner(s) and Esthetician(s).
